Cyprus Union of Shipowners, as the major representative Organization of the Cyprus Flag vessels, is committed to the firm growth of our National Registry and the establishment of Limassol as a world-class Maritime Centre.

The cooperation between CUS, the Shipping Deputy Ministry and the Ministry of Finance resulted to an exceptional Framework that induced prominent Shipping Companies, P&I Clubs and other Shipping related Service Providers to establish management offices in Cyprus.

Moreover, the solidification of the global reach of our Union and its institutional status has curved our participation in IMO Committees, as Government Consultants, both mandatory and effective.
