Tony Paulson joined the West of England in 1990 with a degree in Maritime Business. Having worked in the Claims Department dealing with a wide variety of Members and, which included a secondment to the Hong Kong office, he was appointed a Director in 2005.
With experience of managing major oil spills in the United States and other countries, Tony has overall responsibility for all pollution matters at the Club. He represents the West of England on the International Group of P&I Club’s Pollution Sub-Committee and is the Chairman of the Vessel Response Plan Working Group.
