Sony Kapoor is a renowned economist, financial sector expert and policy adviser to several governments, companies and large investors. He is Director of Re-Define, an international Think Tank and the CEO of Court Jesters, a boutique consulting firm which advises corporate boards. Mr Kapoor has held multidisciplinary and Strategic Advisory roles at the London School of Economics, the UN, the EU and other international agencies. Mr Kapoor was elected a Young European Leader by Friends of Europe, and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for his contributions to reforming finance, tackling the Eurocrisis and improving public policy.
