Jasel is a Partner and Head of International Finance in the Marine Business Group at Hill Dickinson. Jasel has over 13 years experience in banking and finance legal services, with particular focus on the marine sector. Jasel is a specialist in the Greek shipping market and advises ship owners, banks and financial institutions on a variety of finance and corporate shipping matters, including ship finance, joint ventures/shareholders' agreements, hire purchase and leasing transactions, shipbuilding and sellers’ credits, corporate restructuring, shipping investment funds, bond issuance, interest rate and currency derivatives and security enforcement.
