Cees-Willem has over 30 years’ experience in Ports. His roles with Dutch Customs and Port of Rotterdam Authorities has gathered him a large international network and insight in both private and public maritime parties. Connecting and coaching companies and governmental agencies is his focus.

As director PORTXL Antwerp he is excited to help speeding up the "Harbour of Things" in Antwerp. He encounters daily what Ports and Shipping/logistic companies face with regarding challenges of innovation, digitization, globalization and climate change.
