PREVENTION AT SEA

Prevention at Sea (PAS) is a Lloyd’s Register ISO 9001 maritime technology and risk prevention (Risk Assessor) firm. The company was established in 2013 by shipping professionals wishing to invest in pro-active thinking and new technologies. Our belief has always been that the ‘key’ to moving forward in this complex industry is by implementing the concept of ‘prevention’. We achieve this via a fusion between old school shipping knowledge and technology.

We offer maritime consultancy, modern auditing techniques, risk assessments, maritime software as well as Virtual Reality maritime training courses/assessments. All our solutions embrace state of the art technologies along with the identification of operational or human element risks.

PAS managed to win in 2017 two Lloyd’s List Awards in NY/USA and Singapore as well as the NAMEPA Innovation and the Tanker Shipping & Trade Technical awards. The same year, we were announced finalists for the Middle East and Africa Lloyd’s List Innovation award whilst in 2018 PAS was one of the finalists for the Lloyd’s List Global Awards in the Safety category.
