Intership Navigation Co. Ltd. was founded in 1988. Primarily a ship owning company, Intership has expanded into full management.

Intership manages a fleet of over 80 vessels of various types and is crewmanager for a further 60 vessels, employing some 3,500 seafarers of various nationalities.

Intership has its own manning agencies in Poland and Manila, and technical support offices in the USA and Australia.

Intership’s Training Center in Manila is one of the most advanced marine training centers. Intership operates its own cadet training scheme.

Through close links with various commercial offices, Intership has direct access to industrial business partners.
