An interactive, capacity-building and problem-solving session organised by the Shipping Deputy Ministry for young shipping professionals working in the Maritime Sector in Cyprus.

The session aims to connect young people and provide them with a platform to discuss their vision for the sector, blue growth goals, career prospects and concerns, and to determine and plan the follow-up action required.

Organised as a teambuilding activity rather than a typical panel discussion, this session is free for young professionals, encouraging their involvement in the challenging nature of the industry and the Maritime Cyprus 2019 Conference.
