Afternoon Session for young executives: Defining the 4th "C" (Change) through Womanning & YoungShipping minds

Within the framework of creating the necessary environment for young people to be enchanted  in maritime affairs, seek jobs within the industry and provide them with future career development, the Maritime Cyprus Organising Committee organise the Young Executives Session specifically addressed to young shipping executives of the industry under 40 years of age.  The objective is to create a forum for young shipping professionals to debate career related shipping issues and discuss their vision of the industry, prospects and challenges that stimulate and affect them from a different perspective.

This year’s Young Executives Session is organised in cooperation with WISTA Cyprus and YoungShip, and is expected to discuss “Defining the 4^th C (Change) through Womanning & YoungShipping minds”. 

The Afternoon Session will take place on Tuesday afternoon, 11 October 2022 between 3.00 pm and 5:00pm at the “Carob Mill Conference Centre” in Limassol, Cyprus.

Organised as a teambuilding activity rather than a typical panel discussion, this afternoon session is free for young professionals, encouraging their involvement in the challenging nature of the industry and the Maritime Cyprus 2022 Conference.
